Watching as an alumni.
Bittersweet. After three years on Tru-Def, it’s hard to see myself not being a part of the team anymore. Honestly, it still makes me a little sad inside watching my old teammates and not being able to share the stage with them. You can’t blame me or tell me to get over it because my past will always be important to me. Watching 11-12 preview their new set brought me back to my first days on that team. Those memories and bonds will always be with me. But I know I have to keep moving forward in my dance journey and continue to stay open minded. So here’s to a new season with my new team. And here’s to the future of TD. I will forever be a proud alumni.
